📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials.,Support the Training Officer in conducting training sessions and workshops.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Coordinate with department heads and trainers to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide administrative support to the Training Officer.,Assist in the development of training budgets and reports.,Support the Training Officer in any other duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
