📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement franchise expansion strategies to increase market penetration in Bali.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential franchise partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hardware industry.
• Provide training and support to franchisees to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.
• Monitor and analyze franchise performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote franchise opportunities and attract new partners.
• Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new franchisees, including site selection and setup.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all franchise operations are in line with legal standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully expanding franchise networks.
• Strong understanding of the hardware industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
