Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and success.
  • Manage the company's resources, including personnel, finances, and technology.
  • Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
  • Lead and motivate the company's team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Represent the company in dealings with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze the company's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the company's operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing a business.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with the electronics industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
