Direct Root Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Nusa Dua. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with online operations, offering a unique opportunity to leverage both traditional and modern retail strategies.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for retail and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the online team to integrate in-store and online operations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events to promote our products and services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
