Sehati Anggi Dental Clinic is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents that support our dental products and services.
This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from our office in Nusa Dua, Bali, and from home.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about dental care and has a strong background in technical writing.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Create and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and other instructional materials for dental products and services.Collaborate with product development teams to ensure technical documents are accurate and up-to-date.Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.Develop and implement processes for managing technical documentation.Train staff on the use of technical documents and tools.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical documentation processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for technical documentation.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the dental industry.Strong understanding of dental terminology and concepts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools like MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Passion for dental care and commitment to delivering high-quality technical documentation.🛠️ Keahlian
