As an IT Procurement Specialist (MSP), you will work closely with our team of IT professionals to identify and evaluate IT products and services that meet the specific needs of our clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement IT procurement strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for IT products and services.
• Evaluate and select IT solutions based on technical specifications, cost, and vendor reputation.
• Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that procurement activities align with technical and business objectives.
• Provide procurement support to the Managed Service Provider (MSP) team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT procurement, with a focus on Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT procurement processes, tools, and software, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Proven experience in vendor management and negotiation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
