📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and industry networks.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a strong fit between candidates and roles.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role in a mining or industrial company.,Strong understanding of the mining industry and the ability to attract and hire top talent in this sector.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
