📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a portfolio of office spaces, ensuring they are leased to high-quality tenants.
• Conduct market analysis to identify leasing opportunities and trends.
• Negotiate lease agreements with potential tenants, ensuring favorable terms for PNB Holdings Corporation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor lease performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with property managers and developers to enhance property value and occupancy rates.
• Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to track client interactions and lease status.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in office leasing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in office leasing or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record in managing leasing activities and driving occupancy rates.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi or AMS.
• Certification in commercial real estate (CRE) or a similar qualification is a plus.
• Experience working in the Bali commercial real estate market is a significant advantage.
