📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Supervise and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve operational goals and objectives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize potential disruptions and losses.,Maintain and improve operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operational processes.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
