📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
