Bumi Lancang Kuning Pusaka (BLKP) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Plant Technician to join our team in Makassar. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance, with a proven track record of successful project execution.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and building systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and address them proactively.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to streamline operations and reduce downtime.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the continued high quality of maintenance services.,Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to protect personnel and assets.,Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.,Certifications in relevant areas such as electrical safety, mechanical systems, or building maintenance are a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of maintenance management software and tools is beneficial.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different work sites as required.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is a plus.
