In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software tools.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
