📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
• Use learning management systems like Moodle or Cornerstone to create and manage learning content.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for learning and development initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilitation, training, or coaching.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with learning management systems like Moodle or Cornerstone.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Passion for education and a desire to make a tangible impact on an organization.
