📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Continuously innovate and improve culinary techniques and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
