📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tracked heavy equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues
• Carry out inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Use Cat Caterpillar diagnostic software to analyze equipment performance
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute maintenance schedules
• Provide technical support to the operations team
• Participate in training and development programs
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, with a focus on tracked machinery
• Certified Heavy Equipment Technician (CET) or equivalent
• Familiarity with Cat Caterpillar equipment and diagnostic software
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery
• Willingness to work in Bali, including occasional overtime
