📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.,Inspect and maintain building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.,Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.,Maintain and update maintenance records and schedules.,Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.,Assist in the preparation of work orders and reports.,Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Participate in preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance or technical role (preferred but not required).,Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.,Familiarity with maintenance software and tools.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license (preferred).
