Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Maintain food safety and quality standards,Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards,Ensure proper inventory management and ordering,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Participate in training and development of kitchen staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role,Proven leadership and management skills,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks,Valid food handling certificate
