📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Lead and motivate the production team to achieve optimal performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
