In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the clinic receives the necessary supplies and equipment at the right time and at the best possible prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and tracking inventory.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.,Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Ensure that all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Conduct regular audits of the purchasing process to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of purchasing and inventory management systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
