CV Astrid Karya is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the learning needs of employees.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Analyze training data and metrics to measure the impact of training programs on employee performance.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
