Manage store operations to ensure smooth daily transactions,Oversee inventory levels and restocking as needed,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Maintain a clean and organized store environment,Ensure all store procedures and policies are followed,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment,Monitor sales performance and report to management,Participate in store promotions and special events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or store operations,Strong communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg),High school diploma or equivalent
