📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers in the store.,Promote products and services to customers and encourage purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluent in Indonesian, both spoken and written.,Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
