📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide sales training and support to the team.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales enablement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
