📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote our products.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Monitor store finances and prepare regular reports for management.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
