📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the warehouse team, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Perform regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
