📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
• Manage and monitor sales targets, setting achievable goals and tracking performance
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Coordinate with various departments, including reservations, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using sales management software, such as Salesforce or SAP
• Certification in hospitality sales or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
