In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, from greeting them warmly to ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. You’ll work closely with our talented chefs and the rest of the team to create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system, including POSH and Square.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of tables, glassware, and other dining areas.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
• Handling cash and card transactions securely and accurately.
• Promoting our menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, embodying the values of our restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably as a Waitress or Server.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food safety practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as it is our primary language of service.
• Previous experience in a high-end or upscale restaurant setting is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
