📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility improvements and upgrades.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures to enhance sustainability.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and automated systems.
• Provide technical support and training to warehouse staff on facility-related matters.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repair services.
• Document all facility-related activities and maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, with a focus on warehouse or industrial infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SAP, with experience in facility management software.
• Strong understanding of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
