- Deliver exceptional dining experiences by serving gourmet dishes in elegant settings.
- Manage tables efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
