In this role, you'll handle all aspects of purchasing orders, from creation to fulfillment, ensuring that materials and supplies are procured efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage purchasing orders using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into official purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist in resolving purchase order discrepancies and issues.
• Prepare and submit monthly purchasing reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement administration.
• Proficient in using ERP systems like SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
