📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily bakery operations, including production scheduling and inventory control.
• Ensure high-quality standards are met in all baked goods.
• Train and mentor bakery staff on recipes, techniques, and hygiene practices.
• Oversee staff performance and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation.
• Monitor and report on sales and production data.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
• Proven experience in bakery operations and management.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (SNAPS or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
