📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process motor insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and assess damage using Paramount Claims system.
• Collaborate with underwriters to determine claim payouts and settlements.
• Communicate with policyholders to provide updates on their claims and resolve any issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all claims processed, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the claims team to ensure smooth and efficient claims processing.
• Participate in continuous training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in motor claims processing.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims processing, preferably in the motor insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in using Paramount Claims system and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims.
• Valid driver's license and experience in vehicle inspections.
