📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement corporate culture internalization programs aligned with Private Advertiser's vision and values
• Develop and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
• Create and deliver training modules using Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace
• Conduct surveys and analyze data to measure the impact of programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify areas for improvement and innovation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate culture or employee engagement
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Certification in corporate culture or employee engagement is a plus
