📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Electrical & Electronics industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
